Jane Davisbegan her career making angel brooches in 1993. She opened a workshop “Not So Plain Jane” in Kingwood, TX to make her AOL, (Angels of Love) pins, no two pins are exactly alike. She created these pins for over 10 years but after suffering a personal crisis, she developed neuropathy in her hands, she stopped making jewelry. Later she began to create crosses and other church decorations, with the help of other talented designers, now they only make crosses. These angels have been discontinued since the late 1990s and have become more valuable over time.
