These elephants are awesome vintage minis. The larger one is likely made By Jaroslav Brychta. The smaller one could be however the glass type is different. The glow on the bigger one is better, although both will test very high on a Geiger counter. The smaller one would glow a little bit better under 365. The tall one Measures about 2 inches wide and about 2 1/4 inches tall and the smaller one is about an inch and a half wide and 1.75 inches tall. There are no condition problems. Most of these that I have seen have been broken and repaired so to find two of them basically perfect is pretty difficult and the only two that I have seen in a few few years.
