Needs some work. Missing 3 Enlongated Rhinestones on one side of the parrot & 1 on the other side. The silver tone of bracelet has turned a bit of a copper color. If it wasnt such a beautiful piece I wouldnt list but with the right fixes this could be a stunning piece.
